Jessica Palmini, LPC C8592
"Wholehearted living is about engaging with our lives from a place of worthiness. It means cultivating the courage, compassion, and connection to wake up in the morning and think, "no matter what gets done and how much is left undone, I am enough." It's going to bed at night thinking, "Yes, I am imperfect and vulnerable and sometimes afraid, but that doesn't change the truth that I am also brave and worthy of love and belonging."
- Brene Brown, The Gifts of Imperfection
About Me
Hi, I’m Jess and I am so glad you are here. Sometimes there are seasons in our lives where we feel stuck or lost, like we don’t measure up to the standards set around us. We may find ourselves struggling in our relationships, or even in old patterns of behavior we can’t seem to break. If you find yourself in this space today, I am here to help. I am honored to walk alongside clients as a compassionate listener and guide and believe in a strengths-based and collaborative approach to healing. In my work as a therapist, I utilize narrative therapy in order to assist clients in discovering how past and present experiences have shaped the story of their lives. I am also a HAES-aligned practitioner with years of experience in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders. I believe that we are wildly capable of healing and creating more true and beautiful stories for our lives- so let's get started.
