About

Headshot.jpg

Hi, I'm Jess (she/her) and I am so glad that you are here. I am a Los Angeles native and moved to Portland in the summer of 2022. Since moving to Portland I am endlessly grateful for the lush landscape and the thriving queer community. When I'm not creating space for others in therapy, you'll find me enjoying time with my partner and our pup, and watching lots of women's soccer- Go Thorns! I love exploring Portland and finding beautiful spots to enjoy food and community with others.

I hold two Master's Degrees in Clinical Psychology and Education from Azusa Pacific University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon and have spent much of my career working within the eating disorder community at both higher levels of care and outpatient care.

In my work as a therapist, I aim to provide a safe and inclusive space for all and I believe deeply that we are wildly capable of healing. As a queer therapist, I am committed to being an ally and advocate for members of the LGBTQ+ community.

I am deeply grateful for the work I get to do and am continually in awe of the resiliency of the human spirit. I cannot wait to connect with you.
