Telehealth Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
As a therapist, I offer all clients a safe and judgment-free space to process their stories and past experiences. Together, we can unpack the relationships and patterns in your life that are keeping you stuck and can work towards healing. I firmly believe that all clients are the experts in their own stories and I practice from a collaborative, strengths-based approach that is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Eating Disorder Recovery
Whether you are in recovery for an eating disorder or want to improve your relationship with food and your body, I am here to walk alongside you in this journey. I practice from a Health At Every Size (HAES) approach and believe that we are all deserving of food and body freedom. I help clients identify and break down harmful patterns with food and exercise that lead to undue stress, chronic dieting, and disordered eating.
Therapy for the LGBTQ+ Community
As a therapist and member of the queer community, I am able to offer clients greater insight based upon my lived experience. I believe greatly in being an ally and advocate for those in the LGBTQ+ community and am passionate about creating space for those questioning their sexuality and gender identity.
Couples & Family Therapy
Our relationships are often the most rich and at times challenging aspects of our lives. All couples and families experience times of friction and disconnection and I am here to help. Whether you need guidance in navigating a difficult decision, need help reconnecting, or are simply wanting to strengthen your communication, we can work together to achieve your goals.
Mental Health Emergencies and Crisis Support:
As an independent and private practice practitioner, I am unable to provide continuous crisis support in between sessions and do not offer on-call psychiatric support. If you believe you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.
